BA (Hons Psych) M Hum PhD
Psychologist and author

Jonathan has a keen interest in applying strength-based approaches to individual and community work.
“For much of its history psychology has been obsessed with human failings. Positive psychology focuses on people’s strengths and virtues. I support the idea that happy people function better. Studies show that people with a positive outlook lived as much as a decade longer that those with a negative outlook. Those people also fared much better in measures of relationships, optimism and physical health”.
You do not need to purchase textbooks or other material.

All lecture notes are supplied. There are no exams.

A certificate is awarded on completion of the course based on attendance.
